GYULA BAGOLY

Gyula Bagoly is pastor of two congregations in Balatonalmádi and Kaposszerdahely. Currently the president and teacher of the Presbyterian Seminary in Budapest. He studied at the Károly Gáspár Institute of Theology and Missions and earned a ThM at Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary. His interest is in theology, counseling and church history. He lives with his wife and three daughters in Balatonalmádi.

ARTIS CELMINS

Converted by the grace of God through the reading of Augustine’s Confessions in 1997, Artis Celminš is Director of the Baltic Reformed Theological Seminary in Riga, Latvia, where he has served since 2002. A founding elder of Riga Reformed church, he was ordained in 2012. His MA and ThM studies (Covenant Theological Seminary (St.Louis, MO, and University of Latvia) have focussed on the theology of the Westminster Confession of Faith, which he has translated into Latvian. His Ph.D (in progress at Apeldoorn Theological University) focuses on the Puritan Edward Reynolds’ view of the human soul. Artis and his wife Kristine have three daughters – Augustine, Ruta and Paula.

LEONARDO DE CHIRICO

Leonardo De Chirico is the pastor of Breccia di Roma, a church that he helped plant in Rome in 2009. Previously, Leonardo planted and pastored an evangelical church in Ferrara, Italy, from 1997 to 2009. His PhD is from King's College (London); it was published as Evangelical Theological Perspectives on Post-Vatican II Roman Catholicism. Other books include A Christian Pocket Guide to Papacy (2015), A Christian Pocket Guide to Mary: Mother of God? (2017), Same Words Different Worlds. Do evangelicals and Roman Catholics believe the same gospel? (2021) and Engaging with Thomas Aquinas: An evangelical approach (2024). He is a lecturer of Historical Theology at Istituto di Formazione Evangelica e Documentazione in Padova, Italy. Additionally, Leonardo is the Director of the Reformanda Initiative, which aims to equip evangelical leaders to better understand and engage with Roman Catholicism, and the leader of the Rome Scholars & Leaders Network (RSLN).

JOSEPH PIPA

Joey Pipa (PhD, Westminster Theological Seminary) is President Emeritus of Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary, where he continues to teach as Professor of Systematic and Applied Theology. He previously served as Associate Professor of Practical Theology and Director of Advanced Studies at Westminster Seminary California. He has pastored churches in Mississippi, Texas, and California, and currently ministers in a church plant in South Carolina. Alongside his teaching and pastoring he speaks and lectures around the world, and is the author and editor of numerous books.

IAN HAMILTON

Ian is president of Westminster Seminary UK in Newcastle, England, and a trustee of its accrediting body, Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary (GPTS). A pastor for 37 years, he has also written extensively. Ian has taught history and theology in seminaries across the UK and currently serves as professor of historical theology at Westminster and adjunct professor of applied theology at GPTS.

JOCHEN KLAUTKE

Jochen Klautke studied Latin and history at the Justus Liebig University in Giessen , going on to teach at a Christian high school whilst studying theology at the Akademie Für Reformatische Theologie (ART) in Giessen.  After serving as pastoral advisor in the Confessing Evangelical Reformed Congregation in Giessen, he was ordained as a pastor there in September 2021. He currently lectures in the departments of historical theology and systematic theology in ART, and also edits the magazine Bekennende Kirche.  Jochen is married to Natalie, and they have two children.

DONALD JOHN MACLEAN

Dr Donald John MacLean (BSc, Heriot-Watt University; PhD, University of Wales, Trinity Saint David) is an elder of Cambridge Presbyterian Church, where he preaches regularly. With a background in senior leadership in the corporate finance sector, Dr MacLean also serves as a trustee of the Banner of Truth and of Tyndale House, Cambridge. He is editor of Foundations, the theological journal of Affinity, and of The Presbyterian Network, and writes for Ligonier's TableTalk and other Reformed publications. He is married to Ruth and has two children, Hannah and Jonathan.

JON PAYNE

Jon Payne is a trustee of Westminster UK, and has served as senior pastor of Christ Church Presbyterian (PCA) in Charleston, South Carolina, since 2013. He is executive coordinator of the Gospel Reformation Network and adjunct professor of pastoral theology at WTS Philadelphia. In addition, Dr Payne is series co-editor (with Dr Joel Beeke) of the Lectio Continua Expository Commentary on the New Testament, a regular contributor to TableTalk Magazine, and author/editor of numerous books, including In the Splendor of Holiness: Rediscovering the Beauty of Reformed Worship for the 21st Century, John Owen and the Lord’s Supper, and A Faith Worth Teaching: The Heidelberg Catechism’s Enduring Heritage. He and his wife Marla have been married for 26 years and have two adult children.

ALISTER TORRENS

Alister Torrens is the current President of the Evangelical Reformed Seminary of Ukraine. He has served as a missionary in Kyiv alongside the Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Ukraine since 2006 with a focus on theological education and church-planting. He came onto the ERSU faculty in 2012 and was Academic Dean from 2015 to 2021. Published articles include “‘The Eternal Generation of the Son’ – a test-case of Reformed catholicity”, and “The Lord’s Supper – the Development of the Defining Doctrine of the Reformation". He hails from Northern Ireland and is married to Sarah from the US. They have two children, Saphira (14) and Thaddaeus (12).
